“I would just like to say it is a pleasure to do business with a bank that has employees who go "above and beyond" to make their customers feel welcome.

“I came in a couple of weeks ago and was greeted by name from just about everyone out front at some point during my visit. One employee greeted me as I came in and offered me popcorn, another asked if I knew the new president dollar was out (she remembered I collect them), another spoke with me about having my husband contact her about some work, another asked me about my beautiful grandchildren, and another mentioned she was glad my daughter and family were moving to the area.

“A few days ago I called with a problem pulling my bank statement up; not only did the bank employee promise to look into it but she called me back at work a little while later to say she thought she had the problem solved and to let her know if it wasn't. This is not an isolated incident but is like that every time I come to the bank (and that includes the drive-through tellers). We don't pretend to have a lot of money but you would think we were the Clampetts.
